Bio
2010-11: Outdoors - High jumped at the Oregon Relays.
2009-10: High jumped four times indoor and outdoors. Best was a clearance at 6-5.5/1.97m at the Oregon Preview. Season Bests: Outdoors - High Jump - 6-5.5/1.97m, Oregon Preview, Eugene, Ore. (3/20/10). Indoors - High Jump - 6-5/1.96 (PR), UW Indoor Preview, Seattle, Wash. (1/16/10).
2008-09: Redshirted the indoor and outdoor seasons.
Prep: A three-time state qualifier in the high jump for Roosevelt High School. Finished second in the state as a junior in 2007 with a clearance of 6-7. Also lettered in basketball four years. High School Bests: High Jump - 6-8/2.03m.
Personal: International studies major. Born in Ethiopia.
