2017-18: Indoor - Competed in both the shot put (46-07.50/14.21m) and the weight throw (55-07.00/16.94m) at the Columbia Challenge ... Recorded an indoor PR mark of 47-05.75 (14.47m) in the shot put as well as a mark of 54-06.00 (16.61m) in the weight throw at the UW Indoor Preview.
2016-17: Outdoor - Took fifth place in the discus (164-0/49.98m) and competed in the shot put (43-3.25/13.19m) at the Pac-12 Championships... Threw 152-03 (46.42m) in the discus and 47-09.00 (14.55m) in the shot put at the Florida Relays... Threw the discus for a mark of 43.75m at the Mt.SAC Relays... Had an impressive throw in the discus at the Beach Invitational with a mark of 158-11.00 (48.45m)... Threw for a mark of 150-05.00 (45.85m) in the discus at the OSU High Performance Meet... Took third place in both the shot put with a mark of 47-07.00 (14.50m) and the discus with a mark of 153-07 (46.81m) at the Oregon Twilight. Indoor - Opened the season with a mark of 44-11.00 (13.69m) in the shot put and a mark of 53-02.25 (16.21m) in the weight throw at the UW Indoor Preview... Finished fifth in the shot put with a mark of 45-04.50 (13.83m) and tenth in the weight throw with a mark of 51-01.50 (15.58m) at the Columbia EastWest Challenge... Threw for a career best in the shot put (47-00.25/14.33m) at the Husky Classic... Set a new personal record in the weight throw at the MPSF Championships with a mark of 58-03.25 (17.16m).
2015-16: Redshirted both indoor and outdoor.
High School: Won the California State Championship in the discus with a personal best of 161-9, ranking eighth in the country among high schoolers…Also took eighth in the CIF shot put championships…Finished fifth in the discus at the CIF CCS Finals in 2014 and 15th at the state championships in the shot put…Threw a personal best of 44-9 in the shot put while finishing second at the CCS Top 8 in April.
Personal: Daughter of former NFL Pro-Bowler Ron Stone … Younger sister, Ronika, plays on the Oregon volleyball team ... Younger brother, RJ, is committed to play football at Washington State.
