2020-21: Indoor – Made UO debut at the Razorback Invitational (Jan. 30), posting a time of 8:22.16 in the 3,000 meters … joined the Ducks’ sub-4:00 mile club, leaning at the tape for a 3:59.95 at the Tyson Invitational (Feb. 13) … became the fifth UO runner below four minutes during the season and the 26th man in program history to dip below four minutes in the indoor mile … ran opening leg on 9:43.49 DMR effort on day one of the Tyson meet; split 2:55.46 on 1200-meter leg. Outdoor – Did not compete.
Before Oregon…
Twice named the Gatorade Oregon Boys Cross Country Runner of the Year (2018-19, 2019-20) … six-time OSAA 5A state champion with back-to-back cross country titles in 2018 and 2019 … finished sixth at the 2019 Nike Cross National Championships; finished 16th at the 2018 national meet … swept the 1,500 and 3,000 meters at the 2018 and 2019 OSAA 5A State Championships … led Ashland to the 2019 state team title in cross country … was runner-up at the 2017 state cross country meet and fifth in 2016 as a freshman … two-time Nike Cross Northwest Regional champion (2018, 2019) … established prep bests of 1:53.84 (800m), 3:50.42 (1500m), 4:10.11 (mile) and 8:13.10 (3000m).
