2022-23: Indoor - Opened the indoor season at the UW Preview (Jan. 14) placing fifth in shot put with a 15.65m/51-4.25 throw ... improved distance to 16.75m/54-11.5 at the Texas Tech Open & Multis (Jan. 26) to finish fourth ... earned a fourth-place finish with a 17.02m/55-10.25 throw at the Ken Shannon Invitational (Feb. 24).
Before Oregon | 2021 World U20 champion in the shot put … all five legal marks would have won the competition … had a day’s best of 17.40m/57-1 … 2021 World U20 runner-up in the discus … South African U20 record holder in the shot put and discus … shot put mark of 17.55m/57-7 was set in February 2021 … discus mark of 53.50m/175-6 came at the World U20 Championships in August … 2021 South African national champion in the shot put ….
