2003
As a junior, O'Neil was the foundation for the Ducks defense. For the third consecutive season, O'Neil improved her dig total, leading the team with 266 digs ? 181 in Pac-10 play. She set a career-high with 21 digs vs. UCLA, while opening up Pac-10 play with four consecutive double-digit dig performances. O'Neil showed tremendous consistency throughout the season, recording 10 or more digs in 13 matches. O'Neil's 2.92 digs per game ranked 8th in the Pac-10 at the libero position.
2002
O'Neil was a key link in the Ducks' defense. As a sophomore, her dig total improved from 166 to 215 and he average rose to 2.22 digs per game. O'Neil played as both libero and defensive specialist and 10 or more digs on 11 occasions. Set a season-high with 19 digs vs. Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Against Oregon State, O'Neil record 14 digs, a for her in conference play.
2001
A Fab-50 athlete, O'Neil came to Oregon an immediately saw ample playing time. Although listed as an outside hitter, O'Neil's biggest presence was felt in the backcourt where she posted 165 digs (1.66 avg.) ? good for third-best on the team. O'Neil also showed a strong serve, tallying 21 service aces, including a career-high three against Idaho State. She posted four matches with 10-plus digs.
HIGH SCHOOL - Volleyball Magazine Fab 50
O'Neil led powerhouse Gresham High School to a third-place finish at the Class 4A state tourney. She finished the season with 229 kills and 316 digs. Named first-team all-state and first-team Mt. Hood Conference accolades. A two-year starter for the Nike Northwest Junior Volleyball Club.
