Introduction: The Oregon Track Club has been at the heart of track and field in Eugene, Oregon, since its inception. Founded to provide track meet officials and offer post-graduate support for University of Oregon athletes, the club has grown to meet the needs of athletes of all ages and abilities.
Home to American Track & Field: Through its efforts, Eugene has played host to three Olympic Trials, the 1989 World Veterans' Championships, six AAU/TAC/USATF Championships, nine NCAA Championships, and the annual Prefontaine Classic. Due in part to OTC's continuing dedication, Hayward Field is considered one of the finest pure track facilities in the world.
Membership: The Oregon Track Club offers a variety of opportunities for track & field and running enthusiasts of all ages. Compete in all-comers meets and road runs. Maintain the running trails. Become a certified official or just help out at track & field meets. Help support the various efforts of the club to enhance track & field and running in our community. Become a member today.
Meetings: Monthly Board Meetings are usually the first Wednesday of each month. No meeting in August. 7:00 a.m. - Original Pancake House • 782 E. Broadway • Eugene. All OTC members are welcome to attend.
OTC Masters Monthly General Meeting: Usually the second Tuesday of each month. 7:00 p.m. - Gill Sports Equipment • 525 Conger • Eugene. All members and guests welcome. Refreshments are provided.
