Abel Resigns as Head Coach of Oregon Soccer Program

EUGENE, Ore. – The University of Oregon athletic department announced today that Graeme Abel has resigned as the head coach of the Oregon soccer program. Assistant coach Rachael Doyle will serve as the interim head coach.
"We want to thank Graeme for all of his efforts with the Oregon soccer program," said Oregon athletic director Rob Mullens. "We wish him the best in his future endeavors."
Abel led the Ducks for five seasons from 2020-24. A national search for a new leader for the program is underway.
