2022-23: Indoor – competed in two meets…season-best time of 9:55.91 in the 3,000 meters at the UW Preview…posted a 5:08.18 mile effort at the Husky Classic. Outdoor – NCAA West Preliminary qualifier (10,000 meters)…opened the season with a 10,000-meter lifetime best of 33:51.70 at the UO Preview meet…won the 5,000 meters (17:05.96) at the Portland Distance Carnival by nearly nine seconds…ran 34:43.72 in debut appearance at the NCAA West Preliminary; finished 44th overall.
2021-22: Indoor – appeared in one meet; finished seventh at 3,000 meters (9:40.53) at the Windy City Invite. Outdoor – ran lifetime best of 4:39.68 for 1500 meters at the OSU PNW Invite…tallied a season-best time of 16:46.28 over 5,000 meters at Oregon Relays; finished eighth overall and sixth among the collegiate entries…in 10K debut, ran 34:57.60 at the OSU High Performance.
Before Oregon: Four-time OSAA 4A state champion; three titles during the 2021 spring season…won 4A state cross country title in April followed by wins at 1500 and 3,000 meters the next month…2019 OSAA state champion at 1500 meters (4:47.86)…recorded a prep best of 9:46.89 to win the state title at 3,000 meters…swept the 1500 and 3,000-meter titles at the 2019 4A-4 Sky Em District Championships…added runner-up finish in the 3,000 and with the JCHS 4x400 relay at the 2018 district meet…fourth over 3,000 meters at the 2018 OSAA 4A State Championships as a freshman.
