2024-25: Indoor – Ran 400 leg of distance medley relay that broke the school record with a time of 9:17.57 and finished third at the NCAA Indoor Championships … posted an indoor best of 47.65 at the Don Kirby Invitational … had first sub-48 showing two weeks before at the Razorback Invitational (47.93) … also on the DMR that ran 9:21.23 to qualify for NCAA meet. Outdoor – Established new lifetime best of 46.88 for 400 meters at the Desert Heat Classic … opened with a 47.42 and third-place finish at Battle at the Beach … finished 15th overall in the prelims of the 400 at the Big Ten Championships.
Before Oregon: 2022 OSAA 6A state runner-up at 400 meters for Westview HS; also finished fifth in the 200…bronze medalist at 200 meters and in the 4x400-meter relay at the 2023 OSAA 6A state meet as a senior…fastest qualifier at 47.74 in the 400 prelims; eighth in the final…back-to-back 6A-2 Metro League champion at 400 meters in 2022 and 2023…additional 6A-2 titles at 200 meters and with the 4x400 relay in 2023…established prep bests of 21.81 and 47.46 at the 2023 6A-2 Metro League meet…competed at the Nike Outdoor Nationals in 2022 and 2023 at Hayward Field.
