2024-25: Indoor – NCAA Indoor Championships qualifier in the mile … became the No. 4 mile performer in program history with a 3:52.81 at the Razorback Invitational; collegiate debut in the event … won the 800 meters at the Graduate Classic in 1:49.27; runner-up in the 1,000 meters (2:22.84) as part of a 1-2-3 finish for the UO men … ran a season best of 7:52.04 for 3,000 meters at the BU Sharon Colyear-Danville Opener. Outdoor – finished in seventh place for 1500 meters at the NCAA Championships … NCAA West qualifier in the 1500 and 5,000 meters … ran 3:39.79 to advance to the NCAA meet … Big Ten champion in the 5,000 meters with a lifetime best of 13:31.87; also finished third at 1500 meters at the conference meet … helped Oregon to a pair of runner-up Penn Relays finishes in the 4x800 (7:14.10) and distance medley relay (9:26.38).
2023-24: Indoor – Did not compete. Outdoor – Made debut at the Oregon Preview with a runner-up showing in the 1500 meters … crossed the finish line in 3:45.27 … missed the remainder of the season with an injury.
Before Oregon: Became the No. 2 all-time prep performer for 1500 meters with a 3:37.93 showing at the 2023 Nike Outdoor Nationals; top high school runner, third overall in pro section…two-time NON champion: sprint-medley relay (2022), mile (2023)…ran 8:34.10 to win the two-mile race at the 2023 Brooks Invitational, good for the second-fastest time in prep history…also owns the No. 4 prep time in the mile with his 3:57.53 at the 2023 HOKA Festival of Miles…first broke the four-minute barrier at the 2022 Brooks PR Invitational, running 3:59.51 to become the 17th high school runner to break the four-minute barrier…2023 Pan American and USATF U20 runner-up at 800 meters…ran a personal best of 1:47.96 at the 2023 USATF U20 meet…four-time Gatorade State (S.D.) Player of the Year, winning two times each in cross country and track and field…13-time SDHSAA 2A state champion—11 on the track, two in cross country…finished sixth at Nike Cross Nationals (14:55.5) in 2022.
