Accounted for 4.73 points per set overall, and 5.10 points per set during Big Ten play … led all Big Ten freshman, third among NCAA freshmen in points per set … amassed 501 points during the season; one of two freshmen in the country (Suli Davis, BYU) to reach 500 total points … sixth in the Big Ten with 3.89 kills per set overall, and 4.18 kills per set against Big Ten opponents … totaled 412 kills, 124 digs, 69.0 total blocks and 51 service aces … 10 or more kills in 22 of 29 matches including seven 20-kill performances, all coming in the final 14 matches of the season … third in the Big Ten in service aces … 16 matches with at least two aces; 13 of those coming in conference play … at Oregon State (Sept. 18): had eight of her 17 kills (.483) in the final frame of a four-set road win; added three total blocks and two aces … vs #18 Minnesota (Oct. 17): led all players with 23 kills (.340) coupled with six digs and a career-high six aces in a four-set upset, the team’s first ranked victory of the season … at #25 UCLA (Oct. 22): recorded first-career double-double with 13 kills and 10 digs in a road sweep; secured the win with her third service aces … at #9 Purdue (Nov. 15): tallied a then-career high of 25 kills (.340) to go along with seven digs, three blocks and two service aces in a five-set road victory … at Rutgers (Nov. 26): established career highs with 26 kills (.383) and eight total blocks coupled with five digs and four aces over four sets.
HIGH SCHOOL
Clemente was a two-time All-Mission League performer for Bishop Alemany High School, and was twice recognized as a member of the All-CIF Team. She ranks second in school history in career kills and points. Clemente helped Bishop Alemany to CIF-SS championships in 2021 and 2022 followed by an open division title in 2023. She was also a two-time Club Player of the Year.
