Richmond: Second-leading scorer for Richmond with four goals as a junior in 2007. Also had three assists. Redshirted the 2006 season with an injury. As a sophomore in 2005, Had three goals and two assists. Was named to the Atlantic 10 all-rookie team as a freshman after scoring two goals, including the game-winner against No. 7 Tennessee, with two assists. Career numbers from Richmond read nine goals and seven assists for 25 points. Has played in 59 career matches with 45 starts. Also has 65 career shots.
High School: Four-time all-Berkshire honoree for St. Joeseph’s Central High School. Holds school career records for goals (78) and points (170). Also competed in track for four years and basketball for three.
Personal: Born Caroline M. Holland on May 27, 1986, in Pittsfield, Mass. Parents are Terry and Jane Holland. Two older sisters. Father is the skeleton coach for the women’s Australian National Team. Member of the Pittsfield Short-Track Speedskating Club, where she was third at the national competition in 2000 and seventh in 2002. A graduate student in conflict and security studies at Oregon.
