Ducks Sqaure Off with OSU Thursday at Papé

Off to its best start in 10 years, Oregon returns to Eugene to host rival Oregon State Thursday at 6 p.m. at Papé Field (B1G+). This will be the first regular season Rivalry Series meeting since 2023.

ONE-TIMERS
• Oregon's 3-0-1 record is its best since the 2016 team also went 3-0-1 through four games.
• The Ducks' 10 goals through four games are the program's most since 2021 (13 goals).
• Oregon ranks third in the Big Ten in goals (10), assists (7), points (27), GAA (0.25) and goal differential (+9).
• In Oregon's most recent game, Ellie Felt scored her first two goals as a Duck, while Cloe Chase got on the scoreboard for the first time in her career. It was also Felt's first brace.
• Carly Cormack's game-tying goal at Santa Clara marked her fourth consecutive game registering a point.
• Shiloh Baird became just the third freshman in program history to score a goal in Oregon's first two games of the season, joining Chalise Baysa (1998) and UO Hall of Famer Michele Potestio (1980).
• Tracy Joyner is 133-87-33 with 11 winning seasons in 14 years as a head coach. She is 55-47-14 at the Division I level (seventh season) and built winning programs at a junior college (42-15-7 at Santa Rosa JC), at an NCAA Division II school (36-25-12 at San Francisco State) and at the DI level (49-37-8 at UC Davis).

DUCKS OFF TO THEIR BEST START IN A DECADE
Oregon's 3-0-1 record is its best through four games since the 2016 squad also went 3-0-1. Dating back to last season, the Ducks are unbeaten in their last five games (4-0-1).

FOR THE DEFENSE
The Ducks have posted three shutouts in their first four games for just the sixth time in program history (1980, 2011, 2012, 2014, 2025). Oregon's 0.25 goals against average is third in the Big Ten and 20th nationally.

FOR THE OFFENSE
The Ducks' 10 goals through four games is the program's best offensive start to a season since the 2021 team scored 13 goals in four games. The Ducks are third in the Big Ten in goals, assists (7), points (27) and goal differential (+9).

OREGON REMAINS UNDEFEATED AFTER BAY AREA TRIP
Oregon went 1-0-1 on its Bay Area trip, tying preseason WCC favorite Santa Clara 1-1 (Aug. 20) before shutting San Francisco 3-0 (Aug. 23). After Santa Clara took a 1-0 lead on a penalty kick in the third minute, Carly Cormack scored the equalizer in the 22nd minute. Goalkeeper Gray Willson made four saves to preserve the draw. Against USF, Ellie Felt scored goals on a penalty kick in the 16th minute and a free kick in the 38th minute. Cloe Chase added her first career goal in the 64th minute for the 3-0 final.
