PERSONAL ? Born Thor Pili on July 23, 1986 in Provo, Utah. Parents: Falemao Jr. and Lani Pili. Family: Three brothers, two
sisters. High School (Coach): Timpanogos (Frank Bramall) 2004. Major: Undeclared. Redshirt: 2004.
HIGH SCHOOL ? Ranked among the nation’s top 25 defensive line recruits by SuperPrep magazine as well as the 10th-best prep prospect in the Midlands. The 2003 first-team all-Region 7 pick tallied 88 tackles for a team which completed his senior season with a 4-6 record. In addition, he contributed 17 quarterback sacks while combining to tackle the QB behind the line of scrimmage 32 times over his last two seasons. Offensively, managed to catch 17 passes for 300 yards and five touchdowns his final prep campaign.
OREGON ? Is expected to provide depth on the perimeter until he’s able to gain more strength to handle the pounding inside. Coaches impressed with mobility and work ethic, and should be a factor in Ducks’ plans once he acquires more experience under his belt.
2004 ? Praised as scout team’s defensive player of the week for efforts leading up to wins over Idaho and Stanford.
