Fall 2002: Ran three cross country races for Ducks - Northwest Open (third, 19:58), Beaver Classic (seventh, 4K 14:44) and Willamette Invite (60th, 18:59).
Prep: Took 19th last fall in the 2001 4A state cross country championships. Named third-team all-state and first-team All-Metro League three seasons each, and was a two-year participant in Nike Border Clash. Owned cross country 5K best of 19:04. High School (Coach): Westview '02 (Charles Douglas).
Personal: Father Craig Sonniksen was a hurdler for Oregon State University. Born Kristen Anne Sonniksen on September 18, 1983 in Portland, Ore.
Personal Bests: 800 - 2:28; 1,500 - 4:55; 3,000 - 10:50.
