Prep: Finished third in 2006 Nike Team Nationals in 800 meters as a senior (1:50.92). Won Oregon 4A state 800m title as a senior (1:50.67) and junior (1:52.52), and also anchored 4x400m relay to top-three finishes as a senior and junior (first/third). Ranked third nationally in 800m as a senior (1:50.67) and also led state rankings as a junior (1:52.52). As a senior, also ranked third in state in 1,500m (3:58.66a) and took second in Meet of Champions mile in personal best (4:15.20).
