2022-23: Indoor – was fourth in the 60-meter hurdles (8.27) in collegiate debut at the Cougar Classic; also tallied a season best 22.71 over 200 meters…posted prelim times of 8.10 and 8.11 at Texas Tech Open…dipped under eight seconds for the first time with a 7.95 in the preliminary rounds at the Don Kirby Invitational; finished eighth (8.04) in the final…clocked times of 7.12 and 8.13 in the 60 and 60 hurdles, respectively, at the Ken Shannon Invitational. Outdoor – ran 14.60 and 55.80 in the 110- and 400-meter hurdles at the SDSU Aztec Invitational…lowered best to 54.67 at the Mt. SAC Relays, was third in his second and finished 20th overall…capped the regular season with times of 14.21 (-0.4) and 55.87 at the Desert Heat Classic…finished fourth in the 110-meter hurdles at Pac-12 Championships, clocking a time of 14.19 (-1.3) in the final…qualified for the conference final with a 14.17 lifetime best during the preliminary heats.
Before Oregon: Finished seventh in the 110-meter hurdles at the 2022 CIF State Championships; all-conditions prep best of 14.25 (+4.5) in the state final…ran wind-legal best of 14.37 at that year’s Tri-Valley Championships…three-time NCS Tri-Valley champion with two wins in the 110-meter hurdles (2021, ’22) and one in the 300-meter hurdles (2021)…2022 Arcadia Invitational champion in the 300-meter hurdles; clocked a time of 38.78 in victory, a lifetime prep best.
