Before Oregon: 2023 NCAA West Preliminary qualifier (3,000mSC)…broke the Portland State school record with a lifetime best of 10:14.62 at the OSU High Performance…took nearly nine seconds off previous best of 10:23.29 from the 2023 Bryan Clay Invitational…also set a school record in the 2,000-meter steeplechase (6:41.82) in a victory at the Oregon Preview…Big Sky Indoor runner-up with the Vikings’ distance-medley relay…member of school-record DMR (11:36.53)…established a 6K best of 20:33.3 at the 2022 NCAA West Region Cross Country Championships…had career-high finish of 17th place (17:16.0, 5K) at that season’s Big Sky Championships.
