Before Oregon: Broke the California state record for 100 meters with a wind-legal time of 10.14 at the 2022 CIF Southern Section Masters meet; tied his own mark a year later at the same meet…ran an all-conditions best of 10.09 (+3.3) at the 2023 CIF Southern Section Division 4 Championships…2023 Nike Outdoor Nationals champion at 100 meters (10.21)…four-time CIF state champion, sweeping the 100- and 200-meter titles in 2022 and 2023; state runner-up with the Serra 4x100 relay in 2022…ran a prep best of 20.40 for 200 meters at the 2022 Southern Section meet…2022 USA Today High School Sports Awards Boys Track and Field Athlete of the Year...two-sport standout for the Ducks; also a member of the Oregon football team.
