2022-23: Indoor - Opened the indoor season at the Ken Shannon Invitational (Feb. 24) earning a ninth-place finish in the 5,000 meters with a time of 13:57.84.
2020-21: Indoor – Finished 12th in the 5,000 meters (14:32.14) at the Tyson Invitational … competed at just one meet. Outdoor – Opened the season with a time of 14:47.40 at the Hayward Premiere (April 3) … lowered season’s best in the 5,000 meters to 14:16.23 at the Oregon Twilight (May 7) … runner-up in the 10,000 meters (30:18.26) at the West Coast Classic; only race of the season at the distance.
Before Oregon…
Twice finished third at the OSAA 6A State Cross Country Championships (2017, 2019) … runner-up in the 3,000 meters at the 2017 OSAA 6A Track and Field Championships … won two conference titles in cross country (2017, 2019) … back-to-back 6A-5 Greater Valley Conference champion in the 3,000 meters as a freshman and sophomore … state qualifier in the 1,500 and 3,000 meters all three years … prep bests of 4:01.16 (1500m), 4:20.75 (mile) and 8:33.98 (3000m).
