2009-10: Outdoors - Saw action in the 1,500 meters at three meets at Hayward Field. Set personal bests in his final two races, running 3:57.43 in the Oregon Relays, before going 3:56.47 at the Oregon Twilight. Cross Country - Opened season as Oregon's No. 4 runner at the Mike Hodges Invitational. Season Bests: Outdoors - 1,500 Meters - 3:56.47 (PR), Oregon Twilight, Eugene, Ore. (5/8/10).
2008-09: Made first varsity cross country appearance at the Beaver Classic. Did not appear in any races during the spring.
2007-08: Appeared in three 1,500-meter races, including the Oregon Preview, the Oregon Relays and the Oregon Twilight. Raced unattached in three cross country events, the Beaver Classic, Mike Hodges Invitational and Willamette Invitational. Season Bests: Outdoors: 1,500 Meters - 4:03.21, Oregon Relays, Eugene, Ore. (4/25/08).
2006-07: Redshirted track and cross country seasons. Outdoors, competed unattached in three area track races. In the fall, competed in two cross country races unattached. Season Bests: Outdoors - 1,500 Meters - 4:07.06, Oregon Invitational, Eugene, Ore. (4/20/07); 3,000 Meters - 8:51.00 (PR), Oregon Preview, Eugene, Ore. (3/17/07).
Prep: As senior, won Alaska 4A state title in the 3,200 meters (9:28.48), and finished second in 800 and 1,600 meters (1:59.45 / 4:25.96) by less than a second in each race. Also was state finalist as a junior in the 800 meters (fourth, 2:00.77) and 1,600 meters (sixth, 4:28.34). Capped senior season with appearance in Golden West 2-Mile (20th, 10:09.87). In cross country, led team to 4A championship as senior and placed fifth individually (17:01.9). Also ran state harrier meet as a junior (37th, 18:18). High School Bests: 800 Meters - 1:59.45 (2006); 1,600 Meters - 4:25.96 (2006) and 3,200 Meters - 9:28.48 (2006).
