Heads into 2005 ranked seventh all-time for Ducks in 400 hurdles (60.72), just shy of sixth (59.86) and fifth (59.29). Among collegiate returnees in 2005, ranks fourth in the Pac-10 and 13th in the region based on 2004 regular season bests. One of two Duck returnees with Amanda Santana that ran the 400 hurdles in the 2004 Pac-10 Champs.
2003-2004: Pac-10 Scorer (400 Hurdles). Capped outdoor campaign with second consecutive West Regional appearance (15th-prelims, 62.02), after she scored in her first Pac-10 final (seventh, 61.27) two weeks earlier. Set personal best in the Pac-10 preliminaries (third-heat, sixth-prelims overall, 60.72) to propel her to the Pac-10 final. Overall, ran four sub-62 second efforts among her seven races. Opened season with sectional win in the Stanford Invitational (62.41). Made solid appearance in Eugene in the Pepsi Invite (third, 61.43), and set then-personal best in Oregon Twilight (second, 60.8h) in last regular meet of season. At end of campaign, stood eighth in the Pac-10, 20th in the region and 75th nationally on season best lists. Indoors, ran two 400-meter races, and ranked third on squad with personal best from the Pac-10 Invitational (12th, 58.22). Pac-10 All-Academic honorable mention. 2002-03: Pac-10 & Regional Qualifier (400 Hurdles). Continued to add speed and strength. Debuted in Pac-10 Championships with her second-fastest time of year (sixth-heat, 61.76). Ran season best in Long Beach State Invitational (second, 61.31), and also broke 62.00 in West Regional (fourth-heat, 61.90) and Oregon Twilight (second, 61.83). Also won her only outdoor open 400 in Oregon Invite (58.56). Personal/Seasonal Bests: Outdoors - 400 - 58.56 (PR), Oregon Invitational, Eugene (4/26/03). 400 Hurdles - 61.30 (then-PR), Long Beach Invitational, Long Beach, Calif. (4/18/03). Indoors - 200 - 27.25 (PR), Washington Invitational, Seattle (2/15/03). 400 - 59.07 (then-PR), Bodybuilding.com Invitational, Nampa, Idaho (2/1/03). 60 Hurdles - 9.74 (PR), Husky Preview, Seattle (1/18/04).
2001-02: Ranked second on team in 400 hurdles (63.58) and 1 1/2 seconds from Pac-10 qualifying mark (62.04). Also turned in season bests in 200 (26.84) and 400 (59.46) in Arizona State Invite. Competed in seven, 400-hurdle contests, and eclipsed 65.00 in five, including the last four of the year. Won day section of Oregon Invitational (63.58), and claimed runner-up honors in Nebraska Quad (64.23) and Montana-Weber State Triangular (64.05). Indoors, ranked fourth on unit in 400 with season best from UW Quad (ninth, 60.02). Personal/Seasonal Bests: Outdoors - 400 - 59.46 (then-PR), ASU Invite, Tempe, Ariz. (3/30/02). 400 Hurdles - 63.58 (then-PR), Oregon Invitational, Eugene (4/27/02). Indoors - 400 - 60.02 (then-PR), Washington Quad, Seattle (2/2/02).
Prep: State qualifier all four years in various sprint and hurdle events. As senior, took seventh in Washington state 300 hurdles (46.58), and fourth in 4x100 (49.47) and 4x200 relay (1:43.48). As junior, won 4x400 (3:55.52) and placed in 4x100 (second, 49.02), 4x200 (seventh, 1:46.66), and competed in 200 prelims (sixth-heat, 26.25). Competed in 100 and 200 as a sophomore at state, and on 4x100 and 4x200 relays as a freshman. School record holder in 100 from 1998, and a member of school record 4x100, 4x200 and 4x400 quartets. Added a league title in 300 hurdles as a senior. Competed for Bellingham Track Club, and in the Junior Olympic National Championships in the 100 and 200 in 1999. Off the track, lettered in soccer as outside midfielder. High School (Coach): Sehome '01 (Mark Kerr).
