2009-10: Outdoors - Competed in the steeplechase five times at Hayward Field. Was second in the 3,000 meter steeplchase at the Pepsi Team Invitational (9:17.59) to help Oregon win that meet. Ran season-best 9:13.64 at the Oregon Relays. Indoors - Ran the 3,000 meters at the Husky Classic. Cross Country: Took third at the Mike Hodges Invitational. Ran unattached at the Bill Dellinger Invitational. Season Bests: Outdoors - 3,000 Meter Steeplechase - 9:13.64 (PR), Oregon Relays, Eugene, Ore. (4/30/10).
2008-09: Counted wins in his section of the 3,000 meters at the Oregon Preview and the 5,000 meters at the Oregon Twilight among his four appearances. Also ran twice at 1,500 meters. Lone cross country race was a top-five finish at the Pre’s Trail Run.
2007-08: Ran in five meets outdoors, primarily at 1,500 meters. Best 1,500 times of the season came at the Oregon Relays, where he was third in 3:55.56, and the Oregon Twilight, where he placed second in a personal-best 3:53.50. Also ran the 1,500 meters at the Oregon Preview and the Pepsi Team Invitational, and was in the 800 meters for the Oregon-UCLA dual meet. Lone indoor appearance was in the mile at the Husky Classic. Closed cross country season with first official Duck harrier appearance in the Beaver Classic (fourth overall, 24:12). Raced two races unattached earlier in season, the Willamette Invitational and Mike Hodges Invitational. Season Bests: Outdoors - 800 Meters - 1:55.30 (PR), Oregon-UCLA Dual, Eugene, Ore. (4/19/08); 1,500 Meters - 3:53.50 (PR), Oregon Twilight, Eugene, Ore. (5/9/08).
2006-07: Competed in various middle distance races for Ducks indoors and outdoors, and redshirted cross country season. Altogether, saw action in six races on the track (Outdoors – 800 meters, 1,500 meters; Indoors – 800 meters). In cross country, raced twice unattached in the Willamette Invitational and Mike Hodges Invitational. Season Bests: Outdoors – 800 Meters – 1:57.68, Oregon Preview, Eugene, Ore. (3/17/07); 1,500 Meters – 4:04.06, Oregon Twilight, Eugene, Ore. (5/5/07). Indoors – 800 Meters – 1:56.26 (PR), UW Indoor Invitational, Seattle, Wash. (1/27/07).
Prep: As senior, placed top-three in 5A New Mexico state track and field championships for Eldorado High School in the 800 meters (third, 1:59.48) and 1,600 meters (second, 4:25.12) in a race held at 5,000 feet in Albuquerque. Also placed in the top-three in the 5A state cross country championships as a senior (second, 16:05) and junior (third, 16:10.00) in event held at 6,400 feet in Red Rocks Park in Gallup, N.M. High School Bests: 800 Meters - 1:56; 1,600 Meters - 4:21; 3,200 Meters - 9:56.
