Enters 2007-08 senior season ranked top-four ranked among Duck returnees in the 400m (second, 54.79) and 200m (fourth, 24.97W, 25.22). Her 400m personal best (54.79) is only .36 seconds off the Duck all-time outdoor top-10 list. Indoors, ranks fifth all-time for Ducks in 400m with personal best from her junior season in ’07 (56.17). In '08, will set sights on first regional qualifying mark and needs to meet 54.61 outdoor standard. As a sophomore in ?06, helped Duck 4x100m relay score its first top-eight Pac-10 finish since 1999. Attended the University of Oregon in 2003-2004 as a student, but did not compete in track and field. As a prep, was a state scorer in the 4x100m and 4x400m relays and was an individual qualifier in the 200m and 400m.
2007-08: Pac-10 Scorer (400m, 4x400m). In third Pac-10 Championships appearance in 400m, scored first points with sizable new personal best (eighth, 54.79), and finished 20 positions better than her prior conference season ranking. Also broke 56.00 seconds in 400m in the Pac-10 prelims (eighth overall, 55.14) ? a full second better than her prior personal best from 2006 (56.14). Also in postseason, ran on 4x400m relays that placed top eight in the Pac-10 and West Regional Championships for the second straight season (eighth / sixth). Indoors, ran on 4x400m that broke school record in its season debut (3:44.55) ? a mark that still stood third-best in school history at the end of the season. Altogether, competed in 13 individual events outdoors (100m 4, 200m 3, 400m 6) and five events indoors (60m 1, 200m 2, 400m 2). 2005-06: All-American (Distance Medley Relay - Indoors). Scored 400m personal best in Pac-10 Championships prelims (56.14) for second straight season, and ran on top-eight relays (4x100m, seventh, 47.23; 4x400, fifth, 3:42.21). In the NCAA West Regional Championships, the 4x400m unit scored fifth (3:40.83) - its highest finish ever in the school history. Highest individual finish outdoors came in Oregon Twilight 200m (second, 25.51, w:0.3). Ranked third on team outdoors on season best lists in 100m (12.60), 200m (24.97W, 25.22) and 400m (55.81), and 25th in the Pac-10 Conference in the last event. Indoors, ran 400m leg on UO's All-America distance medley relay (seventh, 11:18.89) - three places higher than the unit's pre-meet seeding. Altogether, the Duck DMR ran the fastest two times in school history and the other faster mark and school record came in the Mountain Pacific Championships (second, 11:16.05). On the team's indoor season best list, led the team in the 60m (8.03), 200m (25.27) and 400m (56.91). Altogether competed in 11 individual races outdoors (100m - 2; 200m - 5; 400m - 3) and five races indoors (60m - 1, 200m - 3, 400m - 1). Pac-10 All-Academic honorable mention. 2004-05: Pac-10 Qualifier (400m). Outdoors, ranked third for team in 100 (12.94), fourth in 200 (25.86) and fifth in 400 (57.77). Made Pac-10 Championships debut in 400 prelims (13th, 57.77) ? one of four Duck entries in the event. Altogether competed in six races outdoors (100-2, 200-3, 400-1) and four race indoors (200-2, 400-2). Prep: Advanced to Oregon state meet as a sophomore and junior on Lincoln relay squads, and placed in 2001 in the 4x100 relay (eighth, 50.20) and 4x400 relay (third, 3:57.72), and in 2002 in the 4x400 (eighth, 4:07.27). As a senior in 2003, made her first individual appearances in the state finale in the 200 (26.59-prelims, 12th-overall) and the 400. Took second in district race as a senior. Also competed in cross country, and ran a 3,000-meter personal best of 12:36. Overall, was a four-year letterwinner in track and field. High School (Coach): Lincoln ?03 (Benita Lloyd).
