In 2007-08, returns for junior season as a regional pole vault qualifier and a two-time Pac-10 veteran. Stands as UO’s top pole vault returnee based on outdoor previous bests (12-5 1/2). Enters 2008 ranked ninth all-time for UO outdoors in pole vault (12-5 1/2), while UO's preseason five-person all-time indoor list starts at 13-3 1/2. In ’08, will set sights on clearing 12-7 1/2 outdoors to earn regional return.
2006-07: Pac-10 / Regional Qualifier (Pole Vault). Placed 14th in the Pac-10 Championships (11-11 3/4) with the second-best mark of her career. Met regional mark the week before for the first time in her career (12-5 1/4) in the Oregon Twilight. Indoors, ranked second on team in the pole vault (11-6 1/4). Competed in pole vault in seven meets outdoors and three meets indoors. Entered season with previous outdoor and indoor bests of 11-5 3/4 and 10-6 1/4, respectively, and topped those marks twice both outdoors and indoors. Personal / Season Bests: Outdoors ? Pole Vault - 3.80m (12-5.5) (PR), Oregon Twilight, Eugene, Ore. (5/5/07). Indoors ? Pole Vault - 3.51m (11-6.25) (PR), UW Indoor Invitational / Husky Classic, Seattle, Wash. (1/27/07, 2/10/07).
2005-06: Pac-10 Qualifier (Pole Vault). Capped debut season with six-inch season best and 3 3/4-inch personal best in Pac-10 Championships in Eugene (19th, 11-5 3/4). Nearly topped 11 feet in Oregon Invitational (14th, 10-11 3/4) and Western Oregon Twilight (third, 10-11 3/4), and the latter meet netted her highest finish of the season. Ended season ranked tops among newcomers on squad and third overall behind NCAA veterans Emily Enders and Hannah Moore. Overall, ranked 27th in the Pac-10 and tied for fifth among freshmen. Indoors, ranked second on team with season and indoor personal best from Husky Invitational (30th, 10-6 1/4). Altogether competed in 10 pole vault contests as a freshman (outdoors-7, indoors-3). Prep: Cleared pole vault then-personal best as senior in 2005 Golden West Invitational (10th, 11-2). Placed top-four in divisional meet in high jump (second) and pole vault (fourth). Owned prep high jump best of 5-0. Lettered in track and cross country. Honor roll member and Student Scholar Athlete Award winner. High School (Coach): Woodcreek '05 (Roosevelt Kent).
Personal: Journalism major with focus on advertising.
